The basics
- Who is Mowable for?
- Lawn care companies running 1 to 25 trucks. That's the owner still out on a mower most days, up to a growing fleet with many crews. It keeps your crew as organized as a big company, without needing a full office.
- Do I need to be technical to use it?
- No. If you can use a phone, you can run Mowable. There's a short walkthrough the first time you sign in, and the day-to-day flow is plain and easy.
- How long does setup take?
- Most owners are up and running in an afternoon. Add your customers and yards, set their repeat plans, and you're ready to route your first day.
Planning & routing
- How do smart routes work?
- Mowable puts each day's stops in the shortest order for each truck. The same stops always give the same route, so your crews trust the order instead of doubting it.
- How many stops can it route?
- It's built for a real lawn care day, about 10 to 20 stops per truck. It works just as well across your whole fleet, whether you run 1 truck or 25.
- How does the weather feature decide to cut or wait?
- Mowable reads the free National Weather Service forecast for your route. When rain looks likely, it shows a cut-or-wait tip so you can decide before the crew heads out. It suggests, you decide.
The crew app
- Do my crew members need to install anything?
- The crew app installs right from the browser like a normal phone app. You don't need the app store. Each crew member signs in and sees their stops for the day.
- Does it work without cell signal?
- Yes. The crew app works with no signal. It saves stops, notes, and photos on the phone and uploads them as soon as the signal comes back. Nothing gets lost out back.
- What is photo proof?
- At each yard the crew can take before/after photos tagged with GPS. You get proof the work got done, and you can send it to the customer with the invoice.
Invoicing & payments
- How do customers pay?
- You send an invoice as a link by text or email. The customer opens it on their phone and pays by card. No account or login needed.
- Can I bill a whole route at once?
- Yes. You can review a whole route or a week of work and send every invoice in one go, instead of making them one at a time.
- Who processes the card payments?
- Card payments go safely through Stripe, which charges its normal fee on each card payment. On top of that, Mowable adds a small 0.5% fee on the card money you collect. Payments you enter yourself (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle) are free.

- How much does Mowable cost?
- One flat plan at $69/month with everything included. See the pricing page for the full list.
- Is there a per-truck or per-seat fee?
- No. The flat price covers your whole crew, whether you run 1 truck or 25+.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Mowable is month-to-month with no long contract. Cancel whenever you want and keep using it until the end of the month you paid for.
